Main Divide Pinot Noir

Main Divide Pinot Noir bottle on side

Having used traditional Burgundian techniques with fermentation in small vats, using a portion of whole bunch. The floating cap of fermenting skins is hand plunged and subsequent ageing in small oak barriques for 12-18 months. The Main Divide house style for this variety shows a complex mix of red and dark fruit characters with spicy, savoury notes and a fresh vibrant finish.
