Main Divide Chardonnay

A portion of the juice has been foot stomped for additional structure before being pressed off then fermented and aged in French oak Puncheons. The resulting wine has excellent fruit concentration with distinctive flinty mineral notes giving the wine an extra dimension of complexity.
